Refund and Returns Policy

We’re very sorry that Extrbici products didn’t meet your expectations, or that they didn’t fit properly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 3 days from delivery to initiate a return.All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories – and must arrive in perfect condition.

Returns are not allowed after 3 days of the delivery date.

Customer pays the shipping cost for return and original fulfillment.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase once our warehouse confirms receipt (and condition) of the returned product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for returning the item and Extrbici is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

Return Procedures

All returns must be made within 3 days after the Product Delivery Date.

  • 1) Before a return label is sent, the customer must have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Extrbici. If a customer returns the item without the written consent of Extrbici, any (partial or full) refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
  • 2) If your return has been approved by us, please start the return process by contacting our customer support.
  • 3) The purchaser carries full responsibility for the return shipment, such as possible shipping damages and lost shipments. Please send us images and documents for the item’s conditions and packaging prior to returning any item. We recommend sufficiently insuring any return shipment for loss or damages.
  • 4) If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item within the time frame confirmed by the carrier.
  • 5) The purchaser returns the item and is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return,Extrbici is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • 6) Finally, after you send the item to us and once we receive it at our facilities (and inspect that everything is in perfect condition), we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
